These Terms of Service govern your use of lamora-eg.com and your purchase of products from Lamora. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Products & Made-to-Order Nature

All Lamora products are made to order. Each piece is crafted specifically for you upon receipt of your order. As a result:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Personalised items cannot be returned due to change of mind
  • Slight variations in colour or texture may occur between batches — this is inherent to the handcrafted nature of our products

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders will be fulfilled at the price confirmed at checkout
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message (via WhatsApp or email). We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
