At Lamora, we believe that true luxury takes time. Because every item in our collection is meticulously crafted, 3D printed, and hand-finished to order, we dedicate the utmost care to preparing your piece before it reaches your sanctuary.
Please review our shipping policies below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Order Processing Time
Because your pieces (especially our personalized and hand-painted items) are made-to-order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, crafted, and packaged for dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand seasons (such as Ramadan) or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times begin after the 3-5 day processing period.

Standard Domestic Shipping (Egypt): Estimated delivery in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or severe weather conditions. Lamora is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been crafted and handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your piece's journey to your door.
4. Packaging & Handling
We take immense pride in our presentation. Every Lamora product is securely packaged in a premium box with protective materials to ensure your delicate 3D-printed and hand-finished decor arrives in pristine condition, ready for gifting or displaying.
5. Damages During Shipping
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your Lamora piece arrives damaged or defective due to transit:

Include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the external packaging.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will use this to file a claim with the courier and immediately arrange a replacement for you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lamora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before production and dispatch.
